About that time?

Sleep is essential for the body to function. If there's no sleep, the body hates its owner. Guess what? My body hates me.

Time to sleep.

  1. Okay, seriously thought I was pondering this the other night. What if sleep wasn't essential. What if that extra 6-8 hours I try to lay down each day could be spent doing something? Ooooh the possibilities! (Too bad my body, like yours, becomes quite the Hater when I deny it sleep...)
